This policy will describe how Gene-Works Oy processes personal data of berry pickers, including identity documents and bank details, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data is stored within the EU (Frankfurt region) and is accessible only to the picker themselves and authorized Gene-Works staff.
